Outreach Opportunities

Welcome to O Squared!

Outreach can be defined as the stretching out of one's arms.

When we lovingly serve our neighbors in the local and global community, we are doing the work of Jesus Christ.

The ministries we partner with need our engagement to reach broken, hurting, and lost people.

With our servantship, we will beautifully stretch our faith and honor God with the spiritual gifts we have been given.

Prayerfully consider where to intentionally reach, stretch and serve!

Mission Jackson is an annual mission trip to We Will Go Ministries in Jackson, Mississippi.

We Will Go Ministries is founded by David and Amy Lancaster, who started this ministry in their home to help their downtrodden neighbors.  WWG has become a beacon of light in a dark, dark city and the Lancaster's and their missionaries are truly loving this city back to life.

Our church team travels to Jackson for a full week of worship, prayer, service, love and deepening of relationship with Christ. We learn how to honor God by stepping out of our comfort and into the uncertainty of loving on those who some may avoid. It is a life-changing experience that will have your spirit begging to return before the next trip is scheduled!

Mission India is an annual mission trip taken by participants looking to embark on the journey of church planting.  This church planting expedition is helping to raise up churches being formed in rural villages in India.  There are about 1000 unreached people groups there, those who do not of Jesus.  The presence and hope of our Savior is so desperately needed.  The time to go and tell is now.

Our trips last 10 days and we begin igniting excitement for the next team as soon as we land from our current trip.

Preparations are made for almost a full year, including fundraising and spiritual focus.  There is not a special requirement or skill to go on this mission trip; as long as you have a love for the Lord, are ready to learn how to share the love of Jesus and can be flexible with different conditions.  In fact, you CAN do this.  Check out this video:  http://youtu.be/Y21nMLG3gpA
